There is no command for noise reduction... you should just use enhanced mode or Enhanced night to get rid of noise..

this picture was taken with janek modded Kriomag 21.92
night mode on(enhanced) macro on 1.0, fine mode on= vivid

this one is with Janek modded paparazy 1.7. night mode on- enhanced, macro on 1.0, fine mode= without spot photometering (normal, no vivid)

Janek modded Sarmad's 5.7 with same settings
