Anyone know how to remove the Voicemail icon in the notification area?
All my voicemails have been deleted.

Wow. All that trash talking (myself included). Now I'm coming back (tail between my legs) but joyous because HTC Incredible no more. Now should I wait for X10a or not

Debranding the phone won't unlock it. That's a different process. The simlock is not in the firmware version.

AND just to clarify:
Debranding also unlocks, but unlocking doesn't necessarily debrand. Correct?

well, as long as i can get my hands on north american firmware i can debrand it easily. Now to find a reputable place that has a reasonable price for unlock codes....

Guys with reference to yawdapaah's earlier post:- I know that many of us will want to see things for ourselves, rather than rely on anyones's info, particularly regarding the confused issue of MT. I was also someone who said that a lack of MT was not a dealbreaker fro me, I like the form and the 8.1 MP cam...BUT, how chuft will I be if we do get 2.1 by September ad if MT of some sort comes then all the better to put in a certan troll's pipe......
For those who haven't seen them, check out Pitzon's pics, they look great to me.
Also please can those of you referring to Voice dialling tell me how you're doing it at all? I think the X10 will be my next phone, but would really miss that... Has anyone tried any of the 3rd party Android voice diallers?
For those of you enjoying the phone, please do continue to keep those of us still to get it posted with your progress....

I orderd a X10 today, after playing with it along with the Desire it wasn't a hard decision. And regarding the confusion about MT i hope that the problem is purely legal, you see Apple pretty much owns MT and only HTC are bold enough to take them on. But maybe, just maybe, SE from the beginning were aware of the MT-potential and integrated it in the X10 . And this is why we have confusion in the first place, the developers say one thing and the managers another. So lets hope when apple loose the law suit against HTC, SE will release an update that will enable MT.
Wishful thinking at least
I'll get my X10 on monday, can't wait!
