I know that I can do it this way, but it won't work properly (sharpness will be displayed as 'Balance cyan - red', and I want to add Sharpness, without deleting 'Balance cyan - red')

1) No.
2) It's not a limit of ISO 80 fix. ISO 80 is just not available as manual ISO value.
5) That's the effect of post-processing and not much can be done with it.
6) Compression level in K800 is quite low already. The answer is: yes and no. Yes, lower compression can improve quality a bit but not in K800 case. JPEG file size from K800 has limit.
