@brix, I feel what happened to you and it's really unacceptable, I thought this discrimination was restricted to Nigeria (due to internet scam history), but I'm now surprised to hear this now.. yours is a clear case of racism and really unfair...

@Aya, was nice of you to have contacted the product manufacturer and I'm pleased that they even gave you free licence for 1year..

I'm sorry to read about your experience Brix, this form of discrimination is assuming an alarming trend. I got the same treatment here on esato when I inquired about a phone. Do you think we could get an ebay equivalent here in africa?

We've got several online shops operating in South Africa ...good example is www.bidorbuy.co.za the product choice on their is limited and the prices are not much cheaper than brick and mortar stores.

It's a shame that after all this civilization, people still raise eyebrows against fellow men as regards; race, religion and color. That's the challenge man in all his wisdom has failed to tackle. We should always r'mber we didn't create ourselves. If we did, we'ld have made d best of ourselves.
Even at home here, it's d rich Vs poor, tribe Vs tribe, religion Vs religion. It's come of age, it's time we respectd d reason why God made us different and show oneanother love.

i'm a chelsea fan, chelsea never said they couldnt be beaten, all they need is just a little respect, like the one accorded man utd and arsenal. henry is back and i pray he stays that way,so the competition can turn up and all those gunner fans can really understand that NO HENRY, NO ARSENAL!. Chelsea is playin man utd 2moro and its goin to be a good match.

Angel, the T610 does not have memory allocation for SMS.
Inbox, Sent and Unsent messages are saved in a "cache" memory on the phone. However, this cache memory is reset each time you remove the battery from the phone.
The only way to save sms with the T610 if you plan to remove your battery, is to do it in your sim, but remember MTN sim's only take 15 sms, Glo 20 and Vmobile 25.
