Well they said it must be 20+ usefull message. Not really sure what they mean by usefull. I have close to 30 message but last time I check I still can't download. Anyway, I have downloaded R8BA APAC from somewhere else anyway.

www.topsony.com, SEUS(Sony Ericsson Update Service) or google. topsony = needs registration, +20 posts and wait one month or simply pay for a suscription. SEUS= download it from
webpage and it will do it for you(sometimes it says that your firmware is the latest). if you google it very well you probably find it.
