That's completely messed up.
First, it's not smartphone numbers but "mobile phone" numbers which means smartphones + dumbphones. So yes LG, Huawei, ZTE and Lenovo sold more phones than Sony but not "Android smartphones"

It Indeed is. And what's worse is ZTE and Huawei numbers are all their "estimate" as ZTE and Huawei don't reveal official numbers. Also for Q4 HTC didn't release their shipment numbers either as they are embarrassingly low.
Droid DNA is down to 49.99$ via Verizon. That shows what a big failure the Droid DNA has been. Same for J Butterfly. And now M7 - a 4.7 inch screen phone in the body of a 5 inch phone.
To be frank though, it's really sad what's happening with HTC. They are the only other Android vendor I like other than Sony. But somehow they seem to have lost the plot completely

I'm excited too! Sony should should be aggressive in releasing their phones quickly. they could have more sales if Xperia T, TX and V were released earlier

Great job Stedus!!. I am doing the same, we should help market Xperia products to people who are not aware and blindly purchase Samsung
