I think psp go looks nice, and I am in love with Aino. However, I think for SE, to have a sucessful application store, they need to get more symbian devices.
's own platform is good for gaming, but it really falls behind symbian or wm regarding applications.

I'm still holding out for a P1 successor with at least a 2.8 inches screen, which is possible given the dead space on the bottom between the screen and the word 'P1', and a decent list of specs. I've read what a number of people wrote about that design being dead but until SE officially says so I'll hope. I just can't see myself with a touchscreen only phone as opposed to a compact QWERTY touchscreen one. SE, if you're listening or reading this, please...

I'm in the camp that the bluetooth means nothing. PS3 and Wii have their controllers connecting through bluetooth, not the the PSP has anything to do with the Wii, but it will be some sort of functionality with the PS3. As for the microSD thing, the latest aren't the first phone to support the standard. It started with the K850 and folowed with the X1.

Next week is javaone. Kinda expected I mean the app store has to debut on something. I wonder if any Xperia's will pop up.

Xperia doesn't sound like a new range to me

I wasn't reffering to the guy about Xperias. I was just saying if we would see any.

Pseries is dead.....
Xperia took it's place.
Actually X1 is a huge jump after P1.
Maybe they'll make a device on Symbian...
But I think WM became a "business" platform.
Interesting what Xnext will show...

@doministry

I'm not looking for a P- series but the design in P1. The X1 is bulky, not keen on the slide out keyboard and it is windows. I'm looking for a symbian or android P1 like phone.

Yeah, I got ya.
I think it's a little chance for such a design..... With a pitty.

I was shocked that P910/P990 design was completely abandoned. Still better than side-out devices.

But must say - Windows is a very positive surprise after using UIQ for 3,5 years......

Totally agree. I heard so many negative things about wm that I was really considering to buy a symbian phone. Now I am more than happy with my X1. with a little customisation (using Spb 3.0 and a couple of other apps) I have to say I have never been so satisfied with an OS. The connectivity, flexibility and customisation possibilites are second to none.

I believe that anybody who is seriously in need of a smartphone (and does not just want flashy animations a la Iphone) will be more than happy with the X1 and wm. Furthermore (owning an Ipod touch) I can say that the multimedia functions on the X1 are just as good, if not better than on an Iphone. No need to change video formats etc, active sync is a "god given" tool!

Sorry for the OT but had to get that off my chest Just Loving my X1

Back to topic, hope keeps producing WM Phones and also wish they would produce something with the formfactor of P1, Just really missing the Keyboard. Eventhough I've got used th the one on the X1 prefer the P1s. So come on SE give me some good news next week

having used uiq for several of my previous phones i can say WM6.1 is a major improvement for me. I also own a X1 and a touch 2g.

I like WM because you can customize it more.

But i am so tempted by the 3rd gen iphone when ot comes in a few months

Will have to decide when i know more ! (X5? Iphone4g? IDOU?)

I want top end specs with no bugs.

and if the iphone has a good camera and all the things they promis like BT2.1 etc. It will be goodbye for now sonyericsson (i WAS your biggest fanboy ish)
