lincoln_f, if your phone is under warranty it is free. otherwise, you pay 450.
racconice, semicon should be able to upgrade accessories. that's their license (phone AND accessories) with sonyericsson. they claim to be capable of upgrading HBH-15 when i was there, but later told me (later is after 2 hours) that they can't load the firmware from sonyericsson's server.
