They changed it, then changed it back to original, and now they have changed it again!

videos dont even load on my laptop. tried IE, Opera and Chrome.
Click on a video, page loads, black video box flashes on/off once, then just goes white. i have all the other options on the page, like related videos etc etc, just no video!
