I need keys etc. and SE made it right on X1.
I also doubt about top end specs on Iphone soon,
but may be wrong.
To be honest my hopes are up for Windows 7 plus SE hardware,
like X5 or something....
I must say I will probably never back to Symbian.....

OK - you have to know a bit about the 'internals & stuff', nothing major for divas like us though
If the video rec. is on par with my n95, then Satio might very well be my next symbian (and first SE)

Satio may be great.
But I need qwerty + dpad/navi keys.

I totally agree with how good WM is. I've had three phones in my life that wasn't an Ericsson/Sony Ericsson: The Nokia 8210 (in 1999) an HTC Touch Diamond and the Google ADP1. The Touch Diamond was insanely slow and hard to use so I was very sceptical towards the X1. Boy was I wrong! Now I can't imagine owning a phone without WM! I've tried the ExpressMusic 5800 and if the Satio is as slow as that one the phone will be a new Touch Diamond... But like the X1, I'd love for Sony Ericsson to prove me wrong.
You mention one thing however that's just plain wrong. Active Sync is NOT a god given tool! It's actually very very bad! Not as bad as syncing an iPhone with iTunes, but it's close. The Sony Ericsson SyncTool for use with A100/200 phones is much better. Syncing my K850i was much easier and quicker than on the X1. Hopefully MS has realised what a piece of crap program Active Sync is and improve it for WM6,5 and WM7. MyPhone is atleast a big step forward.

I would commit suicide if somebody would make me write my mails onscreen...
Plus, the keys for answer/end call for instance: boy it's so natural,
opposed to idiotic slide-to-unlock or whatever.
Well similar with navi pad - there are many situations where it's so easier to navigate one hand instead of onscreen scrolling or touching...
I couldn't use sceen-only device, hell no.

Exactly, anybody who really regularly has to right long emails on a phone needs HW Buttons. When I use my touch (and I have had it for one year) to right an email, i often want to throw it against the wall...
its no where near as fast and thats not because I lack practice.

I mis-formulated. Did not mean Activesync alone. Meant all communication between my X1 and my notebook. the ability to sync my addressbooks, emails etc with outlook, to install programs for my mobile on the notebook and automatically install them when my X1 is connected the next time is wonderful.... Guess it really depends on how and for what you use your mobille.
Also putting big hopes on Wm7 with SE hw, but until then the X1 will serve my purposes!
