actually for the upgrade at lilliney road was suppose to pay according to the technician.
but he did it for goodwill for me as i often go there and upgrade it and chitchat with hime as well.
was supposed to pay $20.80 according to the guy.
i do not know if it suppose to be free anyway.
hope we can get it done free or else anymore upgrade we will have to pay for it.
as for the brightness i think u r right abt it.
as i can see that when i on the phone the screen is rather dim as compared to T68mc.
probably the some of the lcd bulb is already burnt out.

but changing of lcd will cost a bomb, i will juz live with it as it is till T610 is out.
T610 sure will crash the 7250 users.
T310 will crash the 6100 and 6610.
this will cause them a double impact and this will come the day "long live Sony Ericsson"

Okay, not to watse your trip unnecessary, call them and check with them. mentioned to them SE Singapore say it is free for upgrading even after warranty period. If they insisted you must pay, post your message to me here again, I will ask SE Singapore to talk to their Manager. And I will tell you who to look for in the SC for the free upgrading.
