Paid into bank account immediately and no goods were received.
After chasing the seller several times I was told that he broke his foot and could not get to a post office.
then he made a refund but got my bank details wrong so it never arrived and told me that bank would have to return his money before refunding.
then there was a death in his family.
then he asked someone else to put money in my account and it never arrived.
Apparently because he never got the correct authorization code from the bank.
finally his phone was broken and he could not call or receive calls but could only receive and make text messages.
after 2 months of constant calling and emailing I finally got my refund.
I then found out that he had a history of this from following thread:

I have thus decided to put a negative as i had told the seller before as I think others should be careful and only deal via paypal with this seller.
Recently he tried to sell some more goods and I offered him more money than other buyers if he sent the goods first but he ignored my pm's and took a lower offer. This proved to me that he was not interested in just making a sale but to get a payment.
