If yr not using proxy.. To access the internet.. Then u've subscribed.. To the 199plan.. No worry.. Bout than n bsnl has started charging for roaming on gprs.. If u r out of station yr state n u use gprs yr charged
for all the data.. Irrespective of the plan chosen

Freeworld4u is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.As i've already posted in your forum "bsnl 199 plan" goto the place from where you activated it,and ask for a form if there is one to DEACTIVATE it.Next month,Go there and ask for 199 plan GPRS form.Fill it up and check,if written,whether it's 199 plan one.After submitting it,TELL them to activate the 199 again(all the memory of the people sitting in BSNL's shop or Customer centre drains through there earholes within 1 second garenteed)After it's activated,check your balance after 1 or 2 days after surfing 3to6 pages.If it is ascending above 299 without you calling any no.then call cc and if they don't provide you help,then follow the steps again.

i created similarly another one access poitn its seemd to be enables multi gprs two addittional arrows appeared but after disconnecting opera when i put other site except cellone site its showing access denined. now what to d o pls say

try 2 understand that PSU's work under mostly uneducated politicians wish n will!!! they have lacs of constraints wrt pvt companies.
to tell the truth i am one of the first few hundred of Indian internet users. Srvice of VSNL was thousand times better before Tata bought it. It was spam free and now VSNL itself is a spammer. Need proof ? I'll give u.
story of BSNL is also like that. If u be in suburban area u can feel BSNL is better. No doubt they are under problem.
