hehe, mib, you have pasted the same thing (those website review links) for the 12th twelve already.
And yet you guys are still arguing the K850 is better. mib1800 should post them permanently in his signature, that ought to do it!

as i said before!
--> i had a N95
and i can say that nothing match it in terms of number of features !
BUT for the camera:
if you show two pics to someone (one from N95 and the other from K850)... in most situations he says that the N95 one is better because it has no noise. then move the pics to an advanced photo editing program and remove the noise manually from the K850 one and then you will see what im talking about !!
i think that having a noisy pic with good detailes is better than a waterpaint like pic with no noise (and that is my personal thinking of course as some of my friends that have N95 say that its better to have a pic that do not need any photoeditor that a raw pic taken with a K850)
but after all you are free to think what you like!!

So your saying that you prefer 'noisy' pics, correct? That's co0l!
But why waste $500 on a k850 when a dirt cheap low end 1.3MP without AF can take the same noisy and washed/blurred out pic the K850 takes and you seem to like?

for the n-th time, you can adjust the sharpness setting in N95 to reduce the sharpening. Then you can use your "advanced photo editing"

to the stuff. But I just dont have the time or energy to do this. I want my photo to be good right from the start (without artifact like purple fringing, unnatural color "pinkish", excessive noise, white haze/over-exposed like those of K850)
btw: since you HAD the N95, you should have some left over shots taken by N95. Why dont take your K850 and make shots of the same scene as those in you N95 shots and post the results here so that we can compare.

@dextrr
Noise on a pic is a Disadvantage BUT it is inevitable!!! and it is better to remove them with a more advanced PC prog than a fast detail removing postprocess that will run in 4 secs!!!
you think that the nokai pics come from the CMOS as you see it on the screen??
lets do a test to see what i am talking about:
grab a N95 and go taking pictures but when you want to press the shutter... zoom to te maximum extent but do not press the shutter.... there it goes... you see noise!!!
and it is a post processing prog that will make them look less noisy(with removing the detailes)
and lets say that each camera has it's own flaws... K850 is not a super cam-phone...(as some people think it is) but in my case.. i prefer it to N95 (as i have plenty of time to fiddle with my advanced!!!:) editting prog) (if you dont like to spent time on a photo and want it to be acceptable on the start then the N95 is for you)
what i think the K850 could have : a N95 like lens quality and a design so that the lens doesn't get grease on it as in a N95!
see my edited post!
and to your last post:
i will do if i borrow the K850i again!!

noise with details in the pic is better than a pic with no noise and no details
by the way we can get a noisy pics in DSLR cameras

But then again K850 is not "noise with details". Look at those indoors pict I posted then you can clear see that the noise IS JUST NOISE and nothing more.

Arent you tired of repeating yourself. Once again ...duh...you are WRONG!!.
Until SE fix the misfiring of K850 flash, it is virtually useless.
