Can anyone translate from Taiwanese to English the following site:
http://www.eprice.com.tw/mobile/news/?news_id=7600
Shows the W980 scoring best in music. Translation would give full information.
(Nice pictures as well)

our own music? ok i thought it only transmits FM radio.
so how does this work? it transmits music as FM?
As FM radio, yes.
You start playing a song, choose a frequency and start transmitting whatever's playing on your phone.
Simple as that.

Just got my w980 and loaded it up with music.
Wow, the sound really is something. and the design is stunning. IMHO
When i read reviews and they said the keys round the d-pad were small, i was a bit concerned. But in the flesh, i find the keys absolutly fine!
Only gripes are that the FM transmitter doesn't work superbly well, but it might be fixable in firmware, and that it doesn't fit my desk stand any more. annoying as i have to connect the phone often to move music.
Also, that little indicator on the lower left side doesn't seem to work. even in test mode.
I also got a music cable in the box with the phone, is that standard?

I just noticed that the LED isn't labled in the user manual. Perhaps its like the led in the power button of the w850. Only appears in worst cases.
I thought it was a service indicator. You never seem to get them these days.

The LED may only work when battery is LOW and when the handset is on charge...
Cheers

I guess so. strange how it isn't illuminated when running the illumination/led test. Its a tiny bug on a hugly supurb phone.
Also just seen the ad for it shown on sky 1, not bad

Are you sure about that? Because I have already tried that but it is not.
It could be the antenna of FM transmitter or a Transceiver for HSDPA and EDGE.
But I am not sure about that either? LOL
