I've just tried it and its working well from here. Maybe our ISPs don't like each other?!?
You can also upgrade through Handango if you bought the game there. There is a button somewhere to take you to your previous orders and it will allow you to download the latest version from there.

If you're referring to the fact that soldier ants is available for PPC...I'm already aware of that since the first version of soldier ants for ppc v 1.27

It appears that I accidentally disabled a chunk of the bluetooth code whilst working on the PocketPC version. I'll have a new version of the game up on my website within the next couple of days.
I'm guessing there is no rush on this as none of my customers seem to live near each other.
