How about my T39's software R2K.. is it very old? Would you suggest that I upgrade it to the latest software version?

What would probably be the obvious change in my T39 after an upgrade?

service-wise, smartnet has never failed me.
from my R1B T68m to converting it to R2E t68i...

oh, i have a number of unpleasant experiences with "crappycon"...
but u know, not all of 'em serve badly.
