Thank you tranced

I agree it is starting to make an impact like the K750 did. Let's hope it continues down that road and makes history the same way...

I remember the k750 won the 2005 TIPA award because of its camera. Will this win something.

@moogoo
congrats on graduating and on your new purchase. I'm certain you'll not be disappointed, so long as fw upgrade will fix up some battery life and do the call volume.

On another note, does anyone know if there is the standard service test menu or something similar anywhere on the x10?

Thanks RickyD I'm excited! I'm thinking I will debrand the phone to a UK generic firmware as it won't effect the 3G reception from what I've read, so I'll have the new firmware with better battery and call volume. As of right now the fedex tracking page still has not changed status to even "PICKED UP." Looks like I won't be getting it til Wednesday

How sad.

What did you want to look at in the service menu? I don't know if it exists, but i'm curious what you want it for...

@moogoo
I'm just interested. I like to look at the service tests and fw details. I hope you get your X10 soon. I'm a bit scared to change to generic uk firmware as I've not found the same Chinese keyboard IME that I have on my current firmware. As I live in China now and I'm learning Chinese I kind of need it.

TechRadar X10 Review

Seems I was right all along, to have performance concerns about Timescape!

zzzz which app/programs/games out there first released is bugs free glitch free? i'm sure SE will gather ppl's feedback and update the app on their next update. personally i have no problems with timescape.. the reviewer from techradar is getting super picky.. can't access the buttons at the bottom on timescape because he selected to have his shortcuts permanately on top? come on.. if u select it permanately on top.. obviously it's gonna block the buttons ~ probably not only in timescape.. but quite a few apps -_-

as for the screen protector it came with.. i perfer to get another one.. i'm like something antiglare oil resistant ~ it feels less sticky to my finger and i don't have to clean it all the time~ and i think the default one makes the screen less responsive.. coz afterall.. it's free.. and it's cheap..

I'm curious if that TechRadar review is based on the 14 firmware or the 16 firmware. In any case, from the content of the review, the reviewer seems to be trying too hard to find negative things about the X10. I mean, the LEDs between the hardware buttons are annoying at night? come on now...

FEDEX still hasn't knocked on my door and the tracking page still hasn't updated I'm hoping that since it's overnight, maybe the tracking page didn't get a chance to update. I seem to remember it happened once or twice with me before, but I can't be sure. I suppose it's just wishful thinking and hoping that my X10 will come today.
