Clark- thanks a lot. Pls expect him. Should be there in a few minutes. i want to take this chance also to complain against the Rockwell staff. Just brought my P800 there for upgrade. I was assuming that they had the latest firmware -R2A. I waited 2 hours and when I got home found out that nothing was changed. i still had the same firmware that I left it with. Was told by them that R1D was the latest they had. My question is, why touch the phone when there was nothing new they could do to it anyway? Seems like Rockwell is being left behind by the other branches as far as services being offered is concerned. For one, they are not updated at all with the latest. Another thing is they can't even do a simple service as cleaning the phone. Hope this matter will be addressed. I am extremely displeased with the Rockwell branch. Maybe I'm partly to blame for assuming that they were as equipped and as updated with the other branches.

regarding the upgrade of your p800 last week our available fw is only R1D phone and R1G for organiser sir have u notice the organiser fw before you left the unit for repair???? sir before ur organiser is only R1F for sure after upgrading it will be R1D phone and R1G for organiser about cleaning sir u can ask naman our technical staff for that anyway in behalf of rockwell im asking for an apology for bad service probably next week r2a is also available

@clark, just checkedw ur megamall branch(am here now) and called podium as well... latest p800 firmware is still R1D ... ok next time na lang :-)
