I donīt understand...

Try uninstalling the update service and putting it back on again, through here:

Then try again. Good luck.
I used the Adriatic region and it worked perfectly!

I had 37 and i wouldnt recommend anyone to upgrade!
As far as i m concerned the phone is a bit slower now.
I had no bugs earlier
(apart from the equaliser thingy)
and i should consider my self lucky, but there was a serious problem with some java applications, esp 3D java games.
In some cases the phone crashed (Might and Magic 2)
That was the only reason that made me upgrade and the hope that SE will improve the color balance in camera.
Just after the update with new firmy, i also had to restart the phone once, since then i dint notice any random restarts.
The camera quality hasnt been improved, pics still come out blurry and the red color still looks fade.
Video player is much slower, i had some films converted and they were working properly with 37, now there is a big lag, the video and sound our out of sync, where they werent on 37 and the auto rotate function is slower and cause major lag to the video, the frame rate makes a huge jump a few secs after the rotation.
Java games like 3D Vrally still have lag, esp when sound effects kick in,
but they dont crash anymore.
8 hours on stand by, consumed 6% of the battery, but i think that 37 had a slightly better performance.
The menu was much slower at start but it eventually became almost as fast, as it was with 37, video rec doesnt seem faster to me, there is no noticaeble difference.
The vibration option is similar with the "laser precision" flash theme,
if someone didnt encounter any serious bugs, i wouldnt recommend to upgrade...

I have the same thing here with Vista x86. Before the SEUS update I was able to update the phone but after the phone goes into mass storage mode. Now I use xp to update the phone.
