Nope. The "not lit up" middle button is the "confidential" watermark. Also notice the camera & the outer screen.
The exterior screams Z310 successor.

Can have it, that I won't deny. But you can't say it for sure. Z770i also boasts with it's location services in the Demo Tour we've seen. Yet, it does not have GPS build-in.
