Aha! So its problably a kind of manufactur reason/issue and not a unicque fault with my phone(the D-pad responisveness) Well it does whet it's told anyway. It just doesn't "click" as well in the down direction--so far.

Question is when the gold one will get released here.. ICe silver will be out next week.. If they release at same time, then it's real hard to choose

mm lets hope that is the case...
my friend who also have a c905 have issues with the slider after one week of use.. when slider is out it feels loose/wiggles sideways.. =/
that also triggers the microswitch so that the phone locks/unlocks/locks and so on..every time you touch the slider...
(i personally haven't (yet) noticed any problems with mine.. =O)

I haven't noticed anything wrong with my handset, the slide and camera cover do have a bit of give, but not so much its feels strange. It doesn't feel flimsy at any point, unlike some of the other SE sliders i've come across.
Touch wood it won't suffer the same problem as the K850 with crappy firmware!
