..and is it going to work with se k800i firmware r1ed001? or should i flash it first to r8bf003..

can i use the far manager to flash and patch or should i really use the xs++?

@zacch00: xs++ doesn't patch phones regardless it has a patch button. Your firmware must be the same as the patch.
