Both devices will be a really worth upgrade for owners of arc/arc s/s/z. if you don't like a one of a kind high end android compact then you probably don't really need a new phone. no need to complain.

As a former Arc S owner I recently pensioned it of & replaced it with a Nokia Lumia 930 instead.

Sony mobile lost me with the constant poor build quality & software bugs on the newer handsets, not forgetting Android now isn't all its cracked up to be.

Sony mobile needs to stop repeatedly promising the moon on a stick for each device & then as usual failing to deliver.

Sony didn't promise you the moon. Most of the lofty expectations comes from bullshit rumours.

@PowerLee
Well, i understand different preferences. you prefer windows os, etc. but i disagree that z devices have poor build quality, all phones may have software/hardware issues. z2 is the first sony z device that delivers overall a good flag. notice all the improvements since the first z. z3 and z3c will surely rise the bar and fix z2 bugs and criticism. if you buy a nokia phone then you simply prefer windows os. all companies hype their products maybe sometimes beyond what its worth. for sony they should mostly not repeat silly decisions like applying shatter films to phones, not reading the market and using inferior display panels that users dislike, should keep improving camera software, bring option for enabling ringtones and notification from both speakers, make the device more resistant to heating, aside of new software and hardware features and the obvious improving worldwide availability, marketing and carrier support.

@nodarsixar
Not sure, although it does appear larger than the Z2's LED flash.

Actually looking at my Z2, the LED looks pretty much the same.

LED does look slightly larger than when I compare my Z1 and this but hard to tell from the photo.

Curious for the supposed z3x and how that will turn out, would be nice to have a smaller phone with the same camera, z3c but if the z3x and the curved sensor comes out in January or February, wouldn't mind waiting for that to see how the camera stacks up.
