@gary same thing happened to me pre bout last week. good thing meron ako backup
. what happened was my 68 hung. bout twice in a row. after that tried to access my fonebook using the up direction ng joystick ngek nawala my entries pero magscroll man sha pero invisible the entries. scrolling downwards andun pa my a-r contacts pro s-z nawala lahat. next i delected all then restored my merged outlook contacts. whew ngayon ayos na uli
since then hindi pa nagloko (san ba may kahoy dito makatok hehehe)
btw called smartnet and advice nila they'll try to re-flash with the same firmware muna bago they replace the unit. and btw didnt want to make a factory reset kasi busisi man to restore my old settings.
