@ 10123, chriswhiteoa, Oz-Sco, and anyone else having issues with music freezing ... let's troubleshoot this and see whats going on. This will make it the 2nd/3rd A200 phone that is having issues and if we ALL document it then

should not neglect it if its submitted.
What brand & size M2 card are you using?
Was the M2 formated on the phone before loading files?
What other apps are running during the freeze or reboot? Can it be duplicated by others?
(sry if this sounds annoying or ridiculous, but I'm serious) This cannot be only happening to the K850i as we can now tell with new owners.

@diigiital, considering 10123 has 21 posts while you ONLY have one, he's at least not a troll. Have you updated your firmware??

I'm using a 4GB Sandisk M2 card.
Didn't format it before i loaded files as it as brand new and assumed it would be ok (I don't even know how to format the card!)
And my phone keeps freezing and rebooting all by itself!!
The last few days it has just been in my pocket, and it just gives one vibrate as a kind of signal i guess, and it just shuts down and reboots itself, no programs running at all, just in standby.
When i reinstalled the firmware using SUES (not updated just same as what was in originally) it seems to stop the phone freezing up for 2-3 seconds every now and then while playing music, but the phone still randomly freezes up and reboots while in standby mode and has done it a couple of times during phone calls too.

guys
sometimes..... corrupted files in your M2 can cause freezed
i suffer auto reboot and freeze for one week on my z750 only to realise it was one stupid MP3 tht i didn't transfer over nicely....I think that was encode with variable rate...it is just my fault.
of course W760 might have its own problem which i didn't read but sometimes just don't keep on thinking it is the phone.
because one thing is....most new SE phone with the MEDIA menu tense to keep on scanning the files.....when it reach the corrupted file. It auto reboot
also beware of memory card come with virus or spyware...common nowadays....i got a western digital portable harddisk that come with virus...best part...it was blister pack and fully seal....you never know what you got nowadays.

Thanks for the update chriswhiteoa & digital.
Can you both quickly check if there are 1/2 files on that M2 card named "sda" or "sdc" on it? Try deleting those files. Reboot. Same issues as before??
Also there is something called keys (sorted by day, week, month, 3mths) or something to that effect. I'm still vague on if its for shortcuts or something else. But if I can find it on my K850i I'll quickly post back to guide you guys to clear those out, then reboot. This will NOT delete your shortcuts.

you cant @lunion
you just have to debrand or do a master rest and it 'might' wipe everything, including that file
