if you going to flash without SEUS. use Kulankendi instead of this crap. (yeh it cost 8 euro, but that really low cost to know its 100% working AND much much easier to use...like you ask yourself: "which file should i use, etc, etc")
best way is of course to use SEUS (if you can)

i have this firmware R3BA035 and my phone, and my phon is unbranded, i have been looking round the forum and see there are newer firmwares available. im in the uk. when i try to update via the phone and seus it says no newer version is available.
that cant be right cause im sick of the alarm not waking me up and the intermittent freezes in calls.
anyone advice please

change cda to 1201-0116
