But I wonder if I can change the 'working directory' to the exe directory or a new folder. It's getting really messy in C:\. If I delete the files from C:\, FMA creates them again on exit.

How come??!!! I find that a bit hard to believe!!! Maybe you misunderstood me. What I meant is downloading the email addresses that are stored for contacts in the phone's address book. Not actual email messages, etc.

i've installed the latest fma software, and can see at the bottom of the program that my phone is already "conected". problem is what to do next, how can i transfer my contacts to the pc and vise versa...and can i also save my sms there?

you cant transfer contacts using fma. it's for sms management for now.

But is it possible to have more than 9600 baud rate to the T300 ?
Took me a while to figure that number out since it defaults to 115200...
I'm using a serial cable as you prolly understand

Hi, I just tried this program last week and I must say that I really like it. Itīs very simple and stuffed with all features that you really need. However, I havenīt understood the scripts. What can you do using the scripts? I downloaded and tried one which seemed to only activate float media control (which by the way doesnīt work as good as pc control fom christersson.org)... Please explain what the scripts can be used for.

script's fma are more powerful
U can write script to control ur Pc and ur programs

select My Phone > Contacts > Phone Memory then hit the function key F5 (or right-click and select Refresh). This copies the contacts from the memory of your phone. Mind you, this does not back-up nor sync your contacts, as it only COPIES whatever contacts you have on your phone.
