those are the main things XZ & XZL are much better
1-Z is better in size a lot of people even more than those 40 i convinced to buy the XZ, much more of them are waiting for the XZL , my brother one of them , all of the waiting list have the main target big screen with small size , and with XZL size near to the 4.3 inch XS so all is waiting
2-600 is not 800 , 800 as far as i know is the SONY first or may be EXCLUSIVE processor yes EXCLUSIVE only for SONY , in the worst case if not then SONY 'll be the first and have to lunch it among the other , and may be the uses of the 600 on the LG makes me think that 800 is really just for SONY
3-still pixel density on XZ & XZL are much more
4-fit and finish specially in comparison with the carbon fiber XZ

Snapdragon 600 is just slightly little upgrade from MSM8974
major advantage is LTE modem integrated, unlike APQ8064.
