thanks for contacting me here and by email but the feedback score you have currently is correct.
The A-ZoTT feedback score is the number of +ve references from unique referees minus the number of unique -ve references. Ths is irrespective of time scale and is designed to prevent two users giving each other repeated feedback to produce false scores
Of course the same system is applied to everyone and I don't intend to review it. Largely because I don't have the time to commit to changing the whole list to include repeat +ves from the same user, also because it would open the door for false scores as mentioned and finally because it would again apply to everyone and would result in a pretty similar situation with everyone having higher scores but still the same rank relative to others.
