New R1AA008 bug found.

I'm not sure if it's just my phone, but when on silent mode with vibration on, the phone still vibrates when i recieve an sms while in a call. It gets real irritating when the phone suddenly vibrates at your ear while you're talking...

also this bug was not present in R1N035 as i've used that ver. my phone only sounds the usual beep while i recieve sms during calls with vibration on.

This was present in R1L002, kinda hoped it would've been fixed in R1AA008 as it made me drop my phone the first time it happened!!

Please can someone help me with my update? I have installed the update service 2.2.1b on my PC, but I think I installed the USB drivers for the update service incorrectly, and now when it gets to the part of the update service when you have to plug the USB cable into the phone with the 'C' button held down, nothing happens. I am sure this is because of the way I installed the USB flash driver, but I dont know how to get rid of it.

HHHEEEELELLLPPPP!!!

Explain how you installed the new USB drivers needed to use the USB cable which came with your phone with the new update service...

Sounds like K750i suddenly become a vibrating massager! Probably not a bug, but a new feature as planned by SE (as a compensation for the bug about the bad background hissing sound during calls.)

@punkserb:
If you're still using the old Update Service client then it will probably report that your software is up to date at R1N. You need the new Update client. See previous posts and page 1 for the download info for it.

thanks for the reply guys. turned out i didn't have a CDA number so couldn't flash.
yes you read that right, no CDA, none...at all.

turns out when i fixed my phone with davinci from its R1N upgrade/disaster, davinci 'lost' the CDA. phone worked fine, but no updates.

so i flashed to R1AA008 EMEA2 (has my language) and have a CDA now, so we'll see how it reacts to R1AB.
