i can think of a few politrixians who could use a deal like that. Lotsa hot air being spouted here with the run-up to local elections.

Say, do any of you guys know how to get my F500i's modem working successfully on the pc? I've tied it with my mates K700i an it works fine but with my fone it just says connecting an then... disconnected. Is it the voda fone live thing?

As Brix says you the vlive profile won't work.
By default there should be another profile named vodacom.
If you go into connectivity/data comm. /data accounts
You check the details of that account. It should display the external id.
Normally its 3 for the vodacom account/profile.
When you dial you must dial *99***3# where 3 specify the profile number or external id of the other account.
Hope this helps.
Anyway guys what a wonderfull festive here in Jo-Burg. Gig after gig.

With a K700 Im not sure, but why? Its very slow.... As for a v800 (vodafone live) you can anysite any amount of downloads you free!!!!
O it works brilliantly!!!! So im sure a K3/500 can!
