It helps if you decrease exposure a little bit (EV -0.3, -0.7 or even -1.0) depending on what you are shooting and in which lighting conditions. Experiment a little with this and you will take some good photos even with the original camdriver.
For taking photos with the Xenon flash, it is good to use Document mode and exposure EV +0.3 or +0.7.

yes thanks now I think pictures bit better then before using Document Mode plus ev in flash mode.I will try try again till get good pics.

It seemed to have pale colors. Why don't use modded camdrivers, they can really really improve your pics.
