Well I think XZ2 looks great, the rear design looks like Xperia neo's and I love Xperia neo.
But my opinion doesn't matter. Consumers have been complaining so much about XZ2 series' design, until it reaches the point where the insults are getting too harsh. They're not just coming from haters or other brands' fanboys, but also from Sony fans. I've never seen Sony fans raged about Sony's design before (not only at Esato, but also at YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc).
They really need to rebuild their special design team and restructure the company, to be honest. Sony is lucky enough to have strongly loyal fans. They should learn from HTC and figure out what if they are doing something wrong and what will their company look like after that. They could follow the same path. HTC tried very hard with U11, U11+, and now U12+, but look at how bad their sales are, just because they don't have the stronger, more loyal fans that Sony have and I don't know what are the reasons for people to not buy their products other than that.
HTC's May revenue is only at $82.5 million, you know? Sony Mobile's revenue in Q1 2018 is just a little bit under $1.4 billion, that means, they earned an average of about $466.7 million in one month. About 5x the revenue of HTC. Albeit their huge losses, Sony still have a huge chance to survive.
Try to underestimate your fans like this one more time and you'll extinct before 2020, Sony!

Oh, some of you guys who have seen the supposed design of the XZ2 with arc shape back in December/January, can you tell us about the details? I think there's a huge chance that the design will be used for next year's model.

Qualcomm took 4 years to move from 30fps to 60fps 4K.
8K is too much for phones.
I guess Alpha 9 can do 5k or 6k but is downsampled to 4k.

My body is ready lol. Ghost of tsushima got my interest. Also FF7 remake and rumored Bloodborne2.hopefully Fall out 76 is not just some online shooter without RPG elements.

I don't think so. They still have IFA and it will be weird if they didn't announce any flagship there (they launched flagships at IFA more often than they did at MWC and CES).
