Govi i am sure you know abt basic and data gprs you have data which you can use ur gprs to surf net on computer when u use http in phone airtel servers assume that you are logged on using a computer so if downloads are charged then in few days ur ass will be ripped open
and you dont want that like hutch charges .50 per 10kb downloaded a perfect ripoff scenario
So it is always better to confirm than get ripped off.
