Right, what stage are you at exactly, have you took the teekids.exe file out of hijack this and deleted it from the hard drive? If so, you need to reboot into normal mode and see if your commit charge and page file usage are back to normal.
The PC will still be slow starting up because you've got tons of stuff on there but we can clean it up a bit once we're sure that the virus has gone

Ok, start her up in normal mode, run hijack this again and remove all but one of the following entries:
O18 - Protocol: bw+0s - {053FAAE7-B592-4933-8F33-669618662CD2} - C:\\Program Files\\Logitech\\Desktop Messenger\\8876480
So afterwards, there should only be one line left like the above rather than the several hundred you have at the moment!
I notice that you've got Norton on there, Norton is a bugger for causing your PC to start up slowly, especially when you have quite a lot of apps installed like you have so I wouldn't expect it to start up much quicker. Still, at least you've got rid of that virus

The only other decent free one I know of is Sygate personal firewall. If you don't mind paying about £30, AVG professional edition has a decent firewall too.
