you can choose a wallpaper for the external display, which is probably what the picture on the SE site is trying to show

I just got V800, very happy abt that. Now wana try how to unlock it without paying any pennies.. hehe.. advice me or help me..

as for unlocking, just ask vodafone. they gave me the unlock code over the phone for my P910 and the V800. you might get lucky too!

yes, free... I just asked nicely and told them I work in Germany during the week and even though I have a good vodafone UK spend I still like to use a foreign sim card

unlock means making the phone sim free. It will not change the (branded) firmware of the phone in any way.

my phone is not noticibly slower with wallpapers or even animated wallpapers. then again i don't have much memory filled either, as that might cause the phone to slow down as well?
