I have got my replacement s700i handset from O2 now - all seems well for now!

I suppose that this software version is only for O2 branded phones(R3L002)But they released the R3F008 software version a few days ago!Did they release a newer version with a difference of one week??But if this is a new version for O2 means that probably they have a new software for unbranded phones!Can someone give more details about R3L002 software version?

I'm not sure of these changes to the new software version but the R3F008 wasn't released "a few days ago", it's been out *at least* 5 weeks as that's when I got my faulty handset with that firmware on.
BTW, so far so good with the new version. No crashes. No problems.

Doesn't look like theres a new update for unbranded S700's yet. Have just tried to update mine and was told that it was already up to date.
