OMG!!! How is that possible that people on polish forum have such photos?!

I know, don't you love how it says, "Show Off Unit" on the back. Not "prototype" or "demo unit" or the more formal, "demonstration unit", but "show off unit." I can't say with certainty, but it smells a bit fishy to me.

have been using the term "show off unit" since 2007 hahahahah where have you been..........

the new iphone supposedly has a processor that exceeds that of Satio, though I don't know if that's fact or simply rumor.

as far as hardware, i'm not entirely sure if Satio really blows iphone out of the water other than in the camera department. I mean, what else really makes Satio stand out over the new iphone?

For me, i'll never jump on the iphone wagon because I enjoy freedom with my phone versus being locked down without having to jailbreak or unlock at the risk of having an unstable or un-updatable phone.

Anyway, this is not the forum for Satio/Iphone comparison so I'll stop here.

I hope the new walkman touch is a smartphone. I would LOVE that. the new xperia imo looks ugly but I'll wait til official/better pics are released.

I am waiting for a smartphone, preferrably symbian or android based with a fast and responsive UI. Some eyecandy would be nice too. but what's most important is that it's stable and provides an enjoyable user experience.

Well if it does indeed care to explain to me why Apple told people who asked why can't the old Iphones have voice control that it can't handle voice control cause of too little processing power, when it was easy to do so years ago with WinMo5 devices? I dunno they sound like they wanna con people into getting an iphone or a new one if they do have one but if your old iphone couldn't handle something phones years ago could that would a worrying thing if your new phone had such a thing. I think the speed thing is over hyped by apple.

well i personally think symbian is much more suited to mobile phones than mac os or windows mobile...as it seems a lot less processor hungry and therefore...satio may not need to have a more powerful processor to get pretty much same or better performance in many tasks compared to the iphone!

first thing... no point to read it and get sad.

the microSD thing and 3.5mm thing have been complain by many. I can't be sure whether he highlight it before....but microSD as someone point out could just be the drive from major phone maker to have one unify standard which SE is commited to it. Since no one is using M2....you think SE have any choice when she is commited to one standard.

now I know EU is going to drive for having unify connector for phone...so if SE go for it.... will Eldar also complain? seem like he already plan to complain it.

then to make me feel sick on reading the articles is the fact is wrong.

SE do have a big factory at China. That is the plant they keep when Ericsson which eventually being SE sold all the mfg site to Flextronics and outsource most of their product to Flextronics to manufacture.

they still have that factory with them which is a known fact in the industry.

if who ever work for electronic industry they know most of the time outsource is better than doing in house mfg....since design always get condemn for everything...but of course outsource a poor design can also be bad to a company since the supplier will do whatever customer ask and ends up having quality issue etc etc even the initial project is the mfg cost to outsource is cheap.

I don't even know where to start to say how wrong that article is. Maybe USEB should do a debunk of that =)

I think SE's marketing is better than Nokia and Samsung... at least it appeals to me more.

How do you know Eldar is bullshitting his way through the article? Gems like this:

"But the fact of the matter is that Nokia’s Nseries line-up is designed primarily at their Japanese centre, since they need to emphasize that these models are far ahead of the rest of market, and design is only one of the ways to do that."

Umm... Say what? Sony has been designing their electronics in Japan before Nokia learned to say Ko-Nichi-Wa, Eldar.

"But since they need to cut a dash already today, they have come up with a bizarre hybrid in the form of a regular display, but with 12 touch-sensitive dots."

...where as the demo videos show that the whole screen is touch sensitive, when they showed the swiping motions etc. Yes, the screen is full touch. Just not in all menus.

"But they usually neglect to mention that this fabulous A300 doesn’t offer anything new at all, or at least some of the features they meant to arm it with a couple of years ago."

Whereas Miz, who I bet has more SE insider info than Sir Eldar stated that this is still the A200 with some modifications and not the A300. Face it: Eldar doesn't have a clue.

I could disprove almost all of that article if I wanted to, but I couldn't be bothered. One great admin at M-R forum advices Eldar haters to mail him with the grievances. I did just that and it amounted to nothing. It's better if everyone stopped paying attention to that raving lunatic.
