remember when you send MMS out, for sure you will receive something later.
worst, when you send data out, you also get some data into the phone. Sanj remember tht first picture I sent to you, when it is overed and I checked my data counter, I do receive something donno what from Maxis...although it is less but yet I have to pay for those.
Maybe when we have MMS by Maxis or Celcom or Digi (not nowMMS)
then we might have different cost structure.
BTW if you notice your PC dialup connection status, sending email didn't mean you will not receive data.
Who can explain this technically? I know the "surface" only, not detail.

That stuff you got after you sent me the pic was confirmation status right? Just off it lah then it is FREE !! On the internet, there is actually data transfer. When you see the said stating that message has been sent, isn't that data downloaded to your computer screen? Of course you are paying!! Try the MMS with read status and sent message confirmation and see :-) And Celcom does have free MMS but still in beta testing :-) i haven't tried it cos i malas... :-(

i have a silly question. is the MMS service standalone (like SMS) or do I need to sign up for GPRS?
i've setup a gallery for pics taken with my communicam here:
