Ok, make sure the media player is on auto and you are using a theme which changes the media player (imperial black walkman from eseth would do nicely). Then press media whilst holding your phone normally. (portrait) Now tilt your phone to landscape, does the background go black?

Here is a new
LINK Juest set it up ... and go to Media and just rotate the phone ...
Okay now... i just noticed the green background just disappears and reverts back to the Java (black n White) theme. that's what i was seeing. Yes... it could be a bug. Do you reckon it's something they have added in the firmware that has created that. Maybe a new version of theme Creator will have a feature that does away with that problem. I can see how annoying it would be for people who have created there own themes only for there fav backgrounds to dissapear while listening to the tracks.
Good observation it something i probably would of overlooked...

Help, I need advice. It says update available and it downloaded it once, now my phone is not updating, it stops on 0% of flashing process and says flashing failed. What should I do? I have tried restarting the comp, hard resetting the phone... Nothing helps. Could it be a problem in downloaded fw?

I would say that the sound quality of playing music is worse when using headphones than it used to be. The loudspeaker however is louder, the headphone volume is a lot quieter/
