Well i read it in a book and copied it myself, there are bound to be a couple of mistakes. Because its a disease, it is the English word for it. Its the word for it in any language, i think.

I have no idea. But as you were attempting the longest word in the ENGLISH language...
I think the longest word is "smiles" because there's a mile between the first and last letters. Bwahahaha!
