Compact is an understatement after seeing what's inside

Absolutely. And now we know that the battery is exchangable - if you really want to... And it's not that hard to do.

And we also know the screen supports multitouch

edit. And why the hell would SE use that in a device that wont get multitouch support? (or at least so they have said)

X10 Mini has a 950 mAh battery and 970 mAh in X10 Mini Pro. Not much difference. Should not be noticeable in either talk- or standby time.

The Mini Pro's battery has a 20mAh lower capacity, not highter. The Mini Pro comes with a 930 mAh battery

How did you come to that conclution ?

Synaptic have digitizers both with and without dual touch support and we don't know which one is used in X10 mini for certain.

According to SE whitepaper the battery capacity is 950 mAh for mini and 970 mAh for mini pro.
Here you can also see X10 mini pro unboxing video for the Russia market, the specifications above the video show 970mAh battery.

there was a release from the company that manufacter the screens which said the Mini had multitouch technology, but the Pro and X10 didn't. SE then made a statement saying they won't ever support multitouch on these phones. I assume just because the screen itself could support multiple touch, that doesn't necessarily mean the phone could unless SE constructed the surrounding hardware to support it too.

Odd thing to leave out of these handsets though, esp X10. not that I'm really bothered anyway.

What app do you use for browsing? I use Opera Mini and it works just fine. There could be a number of different things, but since Iīm still learning to use mine I canīt really give you any pointers. Mini is still new and it seems like a good idea to get some help from the shop you bought it from. Years ago I used to have the same problem with my T68i, it turned out the problem was the battery, but the phone was already been heavily used for over a year.

I use Opera for main browsing but it crashed when using O2 Active portal. But I reinstalled firmware see if it helps. I am not the type to have ten apps running at once
