i haven't tried changing ROMs, i like to stick to official

screw SE for not giving us Official 2.2

CM is well known for having the best ROM out there for Android phones. I'm sure this would be the first ROM for the Xperia Android series.

nope there are a few CM roms out for the x10, check the xda-forum. (no final yet)

Is lollylost working on a port of the Arc launcher for x8? it would be awesome if we could make that and the new timescape work on the X8. The x10 owners have managed to run it on their devices already.

I contacted the person who ported X10 launcher to X8, I hope he will do the same with the arc launcher. Have you tried the arc launcher? It is quite usable even without resolution adaptation.

No I still havn't. Was of the opinion that it was unusable. Will give it a go today. What about the other app apk's? Do any of them manage to install?
Its a long shot but i'll ask around and see if they can make timescape work too.
