B*gg*r! Wish Id stuck it out for another week then taken it to an O2 shop. Now Im stuck with a semi branded phone and having problems with crashes when I try and remote access my files from PC via both BT and DSS-20

(Using R3K) - Least its running plenty faster.
Can anyone tell me a safe way to alter my CDA to a generic one so I can at least use SEUS??
Cheers

Noticed that too.
From a few days till now it has rebooted 2/3 times for no apparent reason. The screen just goes blank and reboots.

I contacted se about the rebooting they said its not a known fault and theres no plans of a firmware update, so i think everyone with this same problem should either email them or phone them, better chance of getting it sorted, mines R3k unbranded and also have this problem although its been ok for quite awhile now

Got an unbranded s700i. Just did the software update on the SE web site and it seemed to work OK but the firmware version is R3K so I guess that's the latest version. And yes, my phone crashed regularly.

Having had the R3L002 software for a week now, it's been just fine. No crashes or problems whatsoever.

If you look in the Rebooting thread. There are examples of situations that will make your S700 reboot. Have a look and try them. See what happens.
