@OfflineR

Cheers, but unless you know something I don't, it's more a hope than a prediction....

@AndyD777

It's definitely got to be a step in the right direction eh? As for what screen she's packing? Who knows, but it would seem that the only reason for the lack of clear info must be some sort of "Legal" concern.

But does anyone know if advertises with DT on the mini?

If not, then we know for sure they are playing the long game with the mini.
Still no guarantee for the x10

As someone already stated, the pre-applied screen protector is more then that, it is a shatter proof seal, you should treat is a part of the screen and apply a separate screen protector.

So I should put my Martin Fields on top of the pre-installed screen protector ? Will it affect the screen responsiveness?

You can and it won't effect the screen responsiveness. I installed cheapoo LCD screen protector from ebay and it works fine.

@caff111, dont take this a rude, im just trying to help u. Everyone has told you that there is a preinstalled SP on the X10. It is a nice SP similar to one you would buy. You donot need to add another one. Seriously, what sense is it to have two screen protectors on. Of, course if you have two SP on you will lose some type of touch sensitivity. What are some of you doing to your devices, that would warrant some much protection? The stock SP is fine but even still, you cant put it in pockets with keys, knives, rocks, pen....u get the point. You dont need two SP on any device, ever! Once the stock SP gets old, take it and put on a new one. Its a simple as that.

And that would be wrong. Treat the shatter film as a part of the screen.

I would suggest you put it on given how easy it is to scratch a 4 inch screen
