I've noticed that the battery life is absolutely terrible...
Full charge, updated yesterday night. Was on 23% half an hour ago, just checked and haven't used the phone since... and apparently now on 7%

I'm loving this new firmware. Phone is faster, not restarts (never had any before), java is faster, battery seems about the same as 037 but too early to tell. Was using the radio for over 3 hours on full volume and the battery went down 40% (that also includes taking a few pictures) so it seems about the same as 037.
Left the phone in standby overnight and the battery went down 1%.
Camera seems better but hard to explain. Shots are still grainy and textureless.

This firmware seems to be all over the place. Some have all kinds of new and old bugs and some (like me) haven't found any bugs really.
The only bug i still have is the java-operation falied bug. But i guess that is a residue from the old -37 firmware. But i want to get rid of the java bug. And i don't live that near a SE-centre.
So i want to ask again: Do i dare roll back the firmware to -37 at Da Vinci and then flash to the-31 at SEUS? Wild Child did that and now SEUS doesn't even recognize his phone, so he only got "halfway". Advise!?

My understanding is that davinci does a complete flash. Someone here tried unlocking their phone through davinci and ended up with a 37 when he had a locked 38. While I can not speak for unlocking, I flashed my 37 China_SO to 38 T-Mobile UK Int and have no problems and love the speed improvements and fixes (only draw back is battery but its not a big deal to me, I charge every night anyhow). Anyway, the point is: my phone works great and is recognized by SEUS, however I think the update is not yet available for the firmware that I have (I kicked my self in the as* with that one) but like I said I am happy with my firm and can wait. So my advice is dont be afraid to flash with davinci

So you think i would work to roll back the firmy to -37 at Da Vinci and then flash to the -31 at SEUS after that? Did i understand you correctly in that you had done something similar? Sorry i'm a bit thick, you see, it's past two at night here where i'm at:)

Yeah, flash to a 37 location that has an available update from SEUS, I am not sure all 37 locations are eligible for updates yet.

By location you mean, in my case, Nordic unbranded? I'l look for it at Da Vinci then. Hoping i won't get stuck on a Da Vinci -37 firmware
Could this be it:
K850i R1CA037 CID52 K850 1201-9821 NORDIC COMBINED/BLUE NORDIC
Can't say i recognize the 1201-9821 numbers though.

You can flash it with whatever you want, by location I meant the FW that can be updated by SEUS. Not all can at the moment. Go through the thread and see which ones were able to update and select that FW. You dont want to flash and be stuck with 37 that can not be updated to 31 at this time.

@fullforce
Not sure if this is of help to you, but just now I downgraded to hk generic 37 using davinci, and then used SEUS to update to R1EA031.
Was previously on vodafone uk branded handset firmware 38.
Everything seems fine, no problems at all

Thanks Vlad83 and chanshuikay!
I just wonder if- K850 1201-9821 NORDIC COMBINED/BLUE- means "nordic with language pack" or if it stands for a telecompany name, that is a branded phone. I don't have a branded phone.

I didn't quite recognize the numbers 1201-9821 .
But i'll give it a go since i am so unpatient.
I don't seem to be able to find the purcase option for an ordinary flashing for "db3150" CID52. Any pointers?
