@AYA, does dat mean dat Vmobile started gprs service b4 mtn!!? I'll be darned if dat's so,bcos if not 4 my miraculous stumbling across esato, I wouldn't even know vmobile had gprs!!!.
No doubt about that. Vmobile has had GPRS active since April or May. Its just that it was restricted to certain services. They recently opened it up for WAP browsing. MTN was the last operator to setup GPRS in Nigeria.

@: I am sorry if everyone has been asking but I have to again(?). I am trying to get vmobile's gprs settings not those for wap but for full access. I use a p910 if it matters.
I will appreciate any help.

Nope. Read my post again. I left allowance for a slip on the part of the vmobile tech guys, and yes there was a slip

I wouldn't be too fast on that... why? The very fact that we have pasted the loophole on this thread is reason to be wary. A vmobile spy might be at this moment reporting this discovery to HQ or Mission Control or.. whatever they call those places in the movies

And that may mean any moment from now...
I remember when I discovered the hole in Glo GPRS
before it was launched and was so excited I spread the word. The hole was plugged within 2 weeks

I've decided to leave it as is, If they like, block it... Afterall,we'll start paying for it someday.. I'll just enjoy it and download all I can for now..
I just found out that it's only the browser that's capable of connecting to the internet, except programs like messenger has proxy settings which would also make them work too..
I can't update my antivirus or chat with messenger yet, there's always a way around it sha...
