Use SUPER to encode the videos @25fps and they stay in sync fine. Let me know if you want my custom profile, as the one on that blogspot site doesn't sync correctly.

Edit: Profile is here: http://www.187.netfury.co.uk/K850.rar

i use AnyDVD Converter Professional and the video is sync. with audio

use the following settings:

video bitrate 384 (or sometime 400 or 512)

audio bitrate 96 (or 128etc)

frame rate 24 or 25

if i increase the frame rate then the video&audio is out of sync.
otherwise it's just fine on my K850i (no lag)

Updated the first post with the latest fixes, improvements and issues found with R1EA031.

One item that I would like confirmation of is whether there is a NEW Photo Fix option in the media player?

Yep, nice find. I am sure that is new.
Also something very minor: Media Player now say 'Updating' rather than 'Loading' lol, I did say it was minor...

My phone hasn't rebooted once since I updated, I haven't done a master reset after updating, maybe that is why? If this is the case then I would advise anybody who is yet to update, not to perform a master reset after they have installed the new firmware.

it`s not like that I`ve made Master Reset to check if it helps me to stop reboots ... but it doesn`t :/ Before and after MR my phone Restarts about 6 times from yesterday after update to the new FW ... and i know that i`m not alone in this issue :/
