To track your order, click on the following link and then on the 'Consignment' tab.

We may have recently sent you an email confirming your order, which contains a consignment number which begins with 'gm' followed by a series of numbers, e.g. gm-123456789. Please Note: The 'gm-' order number will only work in the consignment option.
So you should be able to trak it with your gm number. Unfortunatly, O2 haven't got any stock for me. So I'm going to have a long wait before I can use it.

Your GM no. isn't the number DHL ask for. The GM no. is just O2's order no.
The no. DHL ask for is the parcel no. (starting with 02) that O2 give you when you phone them. If they've haven't got a 02 number for you when you phone then DHL have not yet picked up your phone.

Right then, if your order has been sent to the courier yet you haven't received an email, phone o2 up. They give you your order number so you can track it with DHL

No the gm number isnt bringing anything up - although i know from previous experience this number does work but only when the item is out for delivery and you use the consignment section. I called o2 and got my dhl number and that is bringing something up.

More update:
As my phone was only picked up this morning, it is in Hatfield (the main depot). It can't even be picked up tomorrow from my local DHL. So Monday it is for us all then.
